All staff or prospective staff are treated equally and will receive equal consideration with regard to recruitment, pay, benefits, promotion and termination.

We strive to maintain a neutral working environment in which no employee or worker feels uncomfortable, intimidated or under threat by the actions of anyone associated with our business. We operate a zero-tolerance approach to bullying and harrassment and breaches of the equal opportunites policy will lead to disciplinary procedures and, if appropriate, disciplinary action.

MODERN SLAVERY POLICY

CNC Punching Ltd is committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business.

The principal activity of our business is fabrication of metal parts – mainly in steel and aluminium – to customer order. Our supply chains include the sourcing of metals and coatings, and we may outsource some specialist services, such as plating. We prefer to deal with UK-based companies, or those with a UK branch, and expect them to have their own anti-slavery and human trafficking policies and processes. We may check these at any time.

We strive to build long-standing relationships with reputable suppliers and suppliers and will immediately terminate the relationship with any person or company knowingly supporting, or found to be involved in slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour.

We are an equal opportunities employer and conduct eligibility to work in the UK checks for all directly employed staff. Any recruitment agencies we work with will be expected to have conducted their own checks and to have their own anti-slavery policies. All our staff are entitled to fair pay and fair terms and conditions of employment.

We operate a whistleblowing policy so that all employees know that they can raise concerns about treatment of individuals anywhere within our business or supply chain without fear of reprisal.
